The holder token may choose to use NIAT to make payments for our asset management services. Further discounts on fees will be given to encourage the use of NIAT.
Payment for Furnishing
Holder tokens may choose to use NIAT to make payments to purchase goods to supplement their assets. Further discounts on fees will be given to encourage the use of NIAT. NIAT will be used to prevent volatility in the cost of merchandise goods and services.
Payments for Advisors & Tax Services
The holder token may choose to use NIAT to make payments as it involves the services of tax advisors. Further discounts on fees will be given to encourage the use of NIAT.
Payment for Legal Services
The holder token may choose to use NIAT to make payments because it involves the services of a lawyer or legal counsel. Further discounts on fees will be given to encourage the use of NIAT.
Payment to Agent / Brokerage Commission
In cases where commissions have to be paid to agents / brokers, token holders may choose to pay their agent / broker commissions with NIAT.
Listing of Assets for Sale or Lease
Token holders may elect to use NIAT to pay listing fees when they list assets in the web portal. The company will give a rebate if NIAT is used. Listing can be started by an agent, broker, or individual owner.
Receiving Rent / Sales Results
The asset owner may choose to receive rent or proceeds of sale in the form of NIAT. The IAT ecosystem will also allow the asset owner to provide a small discount to the lessee or buyer as an incentive to utilize NIAT for the transaction.
Receive Commission for Agents / Brokers
Agents / Brokers may choose to receive their commissions in the form of NIAT. The IAT ecosystem will also allow agents / brokers to provide small discounts to their clients as an incentive to utilize NIAT for transactions.
Economic Token and Timeline
The IAT will be issued through the sale of Tokens with a total supply of 4,500,000,000 Token IA. The IA Token price will be pegged to US $ 0.01 per token, ETH, and BTC will be accepted. The token value to be sold is US $ 20 million (including Early Investor, Pre-sale and Crowd-sale) with distribution as per the table below. The unsold IA Token (stamped at 40,000,000 Token IA) will be awarded to the charity organization and the remaining Token IA will be burned. Pre-Sales will begin in early April with a sales crowd that begins on June 15, 2018.
Token Required
Protected tokens allocation is targeted to increase the overall value of the company's portfolio by acquiring more assets primarily targeted at shared workspace segments. However, reserved tokens will only be released and available for use when assets acquired from the use of initial token sale funds have reached a minimum occupancy rate of 50%.
